The 2026 rates for the Skaha Estates Water System are available on the RDOS website at www.rdos.bc.ca within the new Fees and Charges Bylaw adopted on March 5, 2026.
For Skaha Estates Water System: Annual user fee: $1,734
This will be billed by the RDOS quarterly with the curbside collection service fees.
